Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital products sold by Accel Growth Network (brand: Accel Growth) on accelgrowth.online, including the WhatsApp Sales Booster Kit. Please read it before you buy. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital products are non-refundable

Our products are digital files (PDF guides, templates and Google Sheets) that are delivered to you electronically and can be downloaded, copied and used immediately. Because a digital product cannot be “returned”, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, including if you change your mind, do not use the product, or the product does not produce the results you expected.

We clearly describe what is included on each product page, so please review it carefully before purchasing. If you have any question before buying, contact us and we will answer it.

2. When we will help or refund

Even though sales are final, we will make things right in these situations:

  • Not delivered: if you have not received your files within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us. We will resend them. If we are unable to deliver the product within 7 days of your payment, we will refund the full amount.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charge: if you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged an amount different from the listed price, we will refund the extra amount.
  • Broken or wrong files: if a file does not open, a link does not work, or you received the wrong product, we will send a working or correct replacement.

3. Cancellation

Because delivery begins once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled after payment. If your payment failed or is shown as pending, please contact us before trying again so that you are not charged twice.

4. How to request help

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your name, the email or phone number used for payment, and your payment ID (shown in your payment confirmation):

5. How approved refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway (Razorpay). After we approve a refund, the amount is usually credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown on this page on the date of your purchase applies to your order.
